Godday my dear watchers. This entry will probably just be some thoughts about how our world is getting more fucked up than I ever could imagine.

I read a news article just recently, it was about a guy who sent a link to CANAL+ own streaming-site to show his friends a football game live streaming.

Guess what happened?
CANAL+ sued the guy. THEY SUED A PERSON FOR SENDING A LINK TO THEIR WEB-TV.
The reason why is the same old bullshit as always: "the person has broke the law bla bla"

dear CANAL+, Why in the world do you even make it POSSIBLE to send a link to your streaming-service if you don't wanna have your customers sharing it with others?
This is scary.
It's interesting how medias such as the music industry, movie industry and similar seems to have all rights to sue everyone they like. It's interesting how these companies gets their "own laws" by goverments just so they can go into our computers, read our private logs and what files we have and what we do on our computers.

I'm not into politics that much, except when it affects me. Why should an industry have their own rights just to keep using their old methods when the rest of the world is evolving with new technology?
The music industry is digging their own grave if they wanna keep producing CD's instead of focusing more on live-streaming through the net.
What I know also is that CD's is not that good for the enviroment

No one is using CD-players anymore. Ppl use something called mp3'layers or iPods, did you guys know that? Or are you too busy believing it's still the 90's?

What I certainly do NOT like is that all these laws that's been brought up is to more or less be used to watch every step we take.

It's one thing to have security cameras in a shopping mall.
It's a different thing to search through your personal computer in the name of "saving worlds from illegal filesha... er I mean TERRORISM"

Btw did you know that 11% of America's BNP is from the so called "Copyright"-law?
No wonder all these bitchin companies are sueing a private person on the other side of the planet for sending a GODDAMN FUCKING LINK.

Not a torrent, not a downloading link. Just a LINK to the companies own website where they send a fucking football game.

Ppl srsly need to learn how the internet works. Things like this is just making me pissed.

Youtube is now not only removing videos with copyright content. But also MUTE videos that contain music. And still there's 2348904 million of shitty AMV's out there...

Soon I guess they'll start removing ppl's blogs because they link to a video or similar.

If they can sue a person for sending a link, then why not continue and get rid off following websites that provides sharing links:
youtube.com, facebook.com, deviantart.com, google.com and the rest of the goddamn internet.
