Now this was a total surprise... snow!

For many years I have been so used to have a green christmas, the snow usually doesn't arrive until new year or January.

But for about one-two weeks ago, it suddenly started to snow. At first I thought "ah well it's gonna melt away anyhow". But then it continued snowing the whole night.
And when I woke up the day after, everything was covered in a big bed of snow.
The thing with snow that I love, is how quiet everything gets. A silence that feels greater than those annoying xmas carols.

And of course, lol, the traffic turns into a chaos. My train was late and had to stop several times along the way, and in Stockholm it was pretty much useless to take the bus or some of the metro-trains.

It's pretty funny how just a decimeter of snow can cause so much trouble in a country which should be used to these kinds of environments.

It's still very snowy outside, and for once I think I will get a white christmas.

Speaking of christmas.
I haven't brought or made any present for anyone. Well, I brought a calender for myself (lol egoism) but that's pretty much it.
I have absolutely no money to spend, which sucks since I really wanna give some ppl I know a present. And I don't have the time or inspiration to paint a image or draw a picture.

My family sucks at decorating our apartment, maybe that's why I kinda don't have any "xmas feeling" right now. It feels like this is just like any other month, with or without xmas.

But well, I am not so interested in presents anymore actually. I don't ask for presents, nor do I give presents. This makes me enjoy other things at xmas.

funny fact: swedes celebrate xmas eve december 24th and not the 25th. I have no idea why we do so. But yeah. Xmas for me is this thursday.
